Maintenance Fee Payment Options
Professional Community Association Management
Payment for maintenance fees to associations managed by Royale Management Services may be made directly to the association lock box by check, the may also be automatically transferred from an owners account to the association account by ACH on the 1st of each month. Both of these options are free of additional fees to both the owner and the association. For additional information on these options please email Team1@rmsaccounting.com with the following information: Your Name, Your Unit Number, The Name of Your Association and request for lockbox or ACH payment information.
Alternative Payment Options
You may also pay your maintenance and or special assessment by Credit Card or Direct Debit using the payment link below. Be advised that these methods require the unit owner to pay additional processing fees which are assessed not by the association or by Royale Management Services but by the payment processing firm. Fees vary based on the method of payment please review the terms and conditions carefully before processing your payment using this alternative.
